Access:

You have the right to verify whether we process your personal information and access the data we hold about you.

Opt-Out:

You have the right to opt out of having your personal information processed for targeted advertising, certain profiling activities, or the sale or sharing (for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes) of your personal information.

Deletion:

You can request the deletion of personal information collected about you.

Correction:

You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal information.

Automated Decision Making:

We may utilize algorithms to automatically select content or advertising based on your interests,

which may contribute to the creation of a  about your preferences. These algorithms do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Non-Discrimination:

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of the aforementioned rights.

Appeal:

If you have unresolved privacy concerns after contacting us, you may have the right to appeal our decision by responding directly to your request or opening a new request and selecting

‘General Privacy Request.’ Please indicate that you are appealing our response to your

previous request.

We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring

characteristics about individuals.

We do not knowingly “sell” or “share” personal information of individuals under the age of 16.

“Shine the Light” and “Eraser” Laws:

California residents may request a list of third parties to whom we have disclosed specific information for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the past year.

If you are a California resident under the age of 18 and a registered user of a service where this policy is posted, you may request removal of publicly posted content or information. Please be aware that such a request does not guarantee complete removal from the internet of the content or information you posted, and there may be circumstances where the law does not require or allow removal. To make requests under the “Shine the Light” or “Eraser” Law, please visit our Privacy Rights Center and complete the relevant form, selecting ‘California’ as your state. We will only accept requests to exercise these rights through this mechanism.
